Our trip to NYC.

We decided to take a vacation to New York City in September of 2005. As we were waiting for our flight in LAX we found out that our hotel reservations had not been booked. We got on the plane not knowing if we had a place to stay. Thanks to Anne we were able to stay on a hotel in SoHo right next to Little Italy. We were able to see Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the New York Stock Exchange, the Empire State Building, the Brooklyn Bridge, all of the Burrows, The metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, and many of the other sites. We also found the most wonderful cafe in Little Italy called Cafe Napoli where we ate the most wonderful homemade pasta and had some of Luigi's secret sauce. Thank goodness we are able to order it on the internet! We also ate at the famous Lombardi's Pizza which has the oldest brick oven in the city. All in all we had a great time but by the end of our trip we really missed Archer, in fact we moved up our flight. Come to find out, Archer was having a great time at his grandparent's house and didn't really miss us the way we missed him. Click on the picture to see more of our trip.
